Twister Solutions – Now an ISO 9001 company

Coming into the Christmas period it has been another productive year here at Twister. We have worked with a broad range of clients assisting with all manner of IT solutions. We are immensely proud of the continued great client feedback we have received and thank you sincerely for that.

We can now also announce that following many months of perfecting our business standards as a whole we have been accredited with the ISO 9001 certification. By ensuring that all aspects of our business are as efficient as possible this certification acts as a badge of excellence.

ISO 9001 is a certified quality management system (QMS) for organisations that want to prove their ability to consistently provide products and services that meet the needs of their customers and other relevant stakeholders.

Twister Solutions were audited in September; a process where all staff members had to undergo certification examination. There was a final assessment and stage two audit in November. Finally in December the results were returned and the accreditation was finally provided.

The ISO 9001 certification promises customers a very high level of service. It provides trust that a company ensures their systems and practices are as efficient and client friendly as possible.

Twister Solutions Director Fraser Massey says of the recent accreditation:

“It has been a great experience with the whole team pulling together to get everything in place to pass our ISO 9001. It meant a lot of testing and quality control to make our internal systems as efficient as possible.

The IT industry has a proliferation of companies all vying for the same position in the marketplace. It has always been reassuring to us that there are benchmarks of excellence to strive towards. Gaining this accreditation takes away a degree of client uncertainty. There are standards to uphold in any industry and we now have a clearly defined banner to express our professionalism, alongside our excellent customer feedback.

Going forward this enables us to grow and develop our systems further, knowing we are developing a client experience we are immensely proud of. The ISO 9001 certification acts as a badge of honour to us! Our clients can be confident they will be provided with the best support and customer experience when using our services at all times.”

A note about our Christmas opening hours.

The office will be closed for meetings and appointments on the 24th December until the 4th January but phones will be diverted and answered the support@twistersolutions.com email will also be monitored. All normal support will be attended to during these times.
