With more staff working remotely and from various LG Networks offices the current infrastructure only provided limited options. Web based email was running an older version not giving the team all of the information in an easily accessible package.



Upgrade an older server to Small Business Server 2011 over the Christmas period to allow for better remote working. Roll out a new domain along with new accounts with minimal downtime.



The project was completed on time and on budget, the team barely noticed the very little downtime (2 hours on a Sunday evening over Christmas). The LG Networks team can now effectively work from all over the globe and have the emails and files they need to provide their clients with a first class service.
